Terms of Sale

As of: 1st of May 2021. These Terms of Sale lose validity with the appearance
of new Terms of Sale and will be replaced by these.

Shipping

We will ship from our warehouse to the address given by the customer (please check your delivery address before sending the order and provide a phone number or e-mail address in case we have to check back). We ship exclusively with Deutsche Post AG / DHL.

(2) The delivery of the ordered goods will take place for the stated shipping costs. the price for shipping and handling for international deliveries will be specially charged by weight, unless otherwise specified. If the buyer requires a special type of shipment with higher costs, he has to bear these additional costs.

(3) Deliveries to Switzerland will incur additional duties and fees. Deliveries to all other countries outside the EU can also incur additional duties and fees, please inform yourself at your custom authorities.

(3.1) Important information for our swiss customers: Deliveries to Switzerland (to private and commercial customers) will occur without charging VAT. According to your login as swiss customer you can see the net prices of our products, as you will be charged.

Transportation costs

Shipping within Germany:

The minimum order value is EUR 25,00. The shipping costs within Germany are EUR 5,50 flat rate. From an order value of EUR 75,00 the shipping costs will be omitted.

Payment within Germany:

Payment in advance: You order, we check if everything is in stock and send you a payment request via e-mail with our bank details. As soon as the invoiced amount has been settled wil will ship with DHL.

Paypal (Transfer from account to account, VISA, Eurocard, SEPA): When using the Paypal payment option no fee will be charged.

Right of revocation for customers (cancellation policy)

If you are a EU customer, in addition to our Returns or Exchange Procedure, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you might have have fourteen (14) working days (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) to cancel your order as follows:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
